We took a look at three tributaries of the river, Corrego Galego, Corrego da Cebola, and one with no name. We also saw sewers running to the river. One of these tributaries crosses the backyard of our coordinator's grandfather! He lives in Sabara city. We were far away from school, but thought about the tributaries which run near our school and homes. We also remembered Lagoa de Pampulha, an important but polluted spot in Belo Horizonte which used to be a big tourist attraction.
