The garbage in the river

We were all astonished at the amount of garbage we found near the river. The city has only two garbage trucks and only one operates six days a week. Because of that some people in the city end up with a lot of garbage in their home. Since they have no place to put it, they throw it by the river. This causes lots of problems such as insects, bad smells, illness, and water pollution. In this case, the problem affects both the river and the people in the city.
